Rooms used between 12 noon and 6 pm on the day of checkout will be charged for 50% of room rate.
Rooms used beyond 6 pm will be charged at the full room rate.
For the period between 20 December - 31 March, rooms used between 12 noon and 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged for an additional nights stay.
One child under 12 years of age sharing existing bedding with parents is free of charge. Additional children will be charged as extra person. American Breakfast will be charged at 50% of the adults rate.
Infants up to 2 years of age is FOC.
Maximum guests allowed in each room is 2 adults + 1 child, 3 adults + 1 infant or 2 adults + 1 child + 1 infant.
- For cancellations with 22 or more days notice, a full refund will be given.
- For cancellations with 21 days or less notice, no refund will be given.
For no-show - 1 night automatically charged.
There is a compulsory Gala Dinner for all guests on:
- Christmas Eve: 24th December priced at 900 THB per adult (set menu) and 450 THB per child.
- New Years Eve: 31 December priced at 2200 THB per adult and 1100 THB for child.
