Rooms occupided between 12 noon and 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
Rooms occupied beyond 6 pm on the day of departure will be charged for a full night accommodation.
For the period between 20 December - 31 March and 15 July - 14 September, rooms used between 12 noon and 6 pm will be charged at a full nights accommodation rate.
Child under 12 years of age sharing the existing bedding with parents is free of charge with a cumpolsory breakfast charge 50% of the adults rate. A maximum of one child under 12 years old can share existing bedding with parents FOC. Additional children will be charged as extra person.
Infant up to 2 years old is free of charge.
Maximum guests allowed in rooms: 3 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, 3 adults + 1 infant or 2 adults + 1 child + 1 infant.
- Have cancellation before 8 days of arrival (low season) & 22 days of arrival (high season) - No charge.
- Have cancelltation within 7 days of arrival (low season) & 21 days of arrival (high season) - 1 night charge.
- Have cencellation less than 15 days before arrival (peak season) - Full period charge.
- No show - 1 night automatically charge for low and high season & full period charge for peak season
There is a cumpolsory Gala Dinner for all guests on New Years Eve; 31 December charged at 2800 THB per adult and 1400 THB for child.
