Deposit requirements
Unless stated otherwise, bookings made through www.phuket-hotel-link.com are on a demand basis. For instant bookings, the traveller will be asked to make a payment authorisation through Paypal which will be processed by one of Teamworkz staff within 24 hours. For bookings on demand, the traveller will also be asked to make a payment authorisation through Paypal - once the booking is confirmed then the payment will be processed. If the enquiry cannot be confirmed for any reason, Teamworkz staff will cancel the payment authorisation, meaning nothing further is needed to be done by the traveller and no charges will be processed.
Please note that the payment will only be processed once the booking has been confirmed.
Booking Cancellations
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply. A booking will be considered cancelled once the traveller has been informed of the change of status by Teamworkz. Should the policy be unclear, please contact the Teamworkz before making your booking.
Payment
www.phuket-hotel-link.com uses Paypal to process all credit card transactions. You can read more about it here. When paying via paypal, you may be required to set up a paypal account. This is free of charge. The information that you enter into the paypal system is used only for verification purposes and will not be distributed.
